Payment, cancellation and refund policy
- We request full payment towards the tour to secure your place. An online bank transfer works best.
- Any cancellations seven days before the departure date qualify for a 90% refund.
- If you were to cancel between seven to five days before the tour date, we refund 50% of the tour cost.
- No refunds will be possible for cancellations less than five days before the departure date.
- We stand by a 100% refund if the tour is called off by us, for unforeseen reasons.
Disclaimer
Carnelian shall not be responsible for losses and additional expenses, due to natural or man-made calamities such as delays or changes in air, train, bus or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strike, quarantine or other causes howsoever caused and all such losses and expenses incurred must be borne by the passenger.
We shall also not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of nature, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
